United Architectural Metals (UAM) is actively seeking a Process Development Engineer to join our team in North Canton, Ohio. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a project team in collaboration with world-famous architects, and engineers to develop high-performance building enclosures across the United States.
The Process Development Engineer reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with designers, engineers, quality personnel, and shop supervisors to develop and maintain processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

> PRECONSTRUCTION GROUP LEAD FACADE DESIGNER
This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a project team in collaboration with world-famous architects, and engineers to develop high-performance building enclosures across the United States.
The Lead Facade Designer reports to the Vice President of Preconstruction and is the primary point of contact during the design-assist phase of the project. The Lead Facade Designer works with designers, engineers, project managers, and estimators in various phases of the project.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of quality control personnel in collaboration with UAM project managers, designers and engineers to design and manufacture high-performance building enclosures across the United States.
The Quality Manager reports to the Director of Operations and works with Manufacturing Department Leads Project Managers, Facade Designers, and Facade Engineers to create, implement and document quality procedures and processes.
